Quick Mystic Access Maintenance and Additional Updates

Happy Friday. Just popping into your inbox with a couple quick and timely announcements.

We’ve been moving our site to bran new dedicated hosting over the last few days. We weren’t sure how long it would take, so didn’t announce it ahead of time. We began the move to the new host over the weekend, and while there are a few kinks to work out, you should be experiencing everything as normal once again. This change to a dedicated server makes our sites lightning fast, both for visitors/customers and for us on the backend. We hope you’ll enjoy the new speed.

All the work with our sites did delay our latest podcast episode. It should have come out at midnight on the 11th, but instead was delayed until Wednesday evening of the 12th. Don’t worry, it will just appear in your favorite podcatchers as usual, so nothing to do on your end but listen. Activate this link if you’d like to check it out right now. We’re sorry for the slight delay, and yes, you will get your next regularly scheduled episode on Tuesday the 25th.

As a result of the move, we’ve extended our convention sales a little longer for anyone who missed out. You have until end of day Friday, July 21 to take advantage of the automatic discounts. So if you’ve been waiting to get a price decrease on something specific, this could be a good time to check.

Finally, a quick note for those of you who prefer to order via phone. As many of you know, it’s only the two of us running Mystic Access, and Chris now has an additional fulltime job. Kim is in the final stages of the initial Stream 3 documentation edits, which take up a lot of time. As a result, several folks have been waiting for calls to be returned. We appreciate your patience and certainly apologize for the inconvenience. You’re definitely important to us, and we’re doing our absolute best to return calls as soon as possible, but this isn’t always possible given current project loads. Online ordering will definitely provide the fastest access to the products you want, particularly if you purchase digital downloads. We realize that this isn’t always practical or even possible, so just wanted to let you know that we haven’t forgotten you.
