Description

Are you interested in learning more about Facebook, but have concerns about using the social media platform? Are you worried about the best ways to access it, protecting yourself while using it, or actually finding people with whom to connect? Are you overwhelmed wondering where to even begin? Do you suspect that Facebook may not even be for you, but you’d still like to experience it demonstrated to be sure?

Mystic Access is here to help with our three-session event, Making Connections and Having Fun Accessibly Via Facebook. It is taught by Kim Nova, who has spent more than a decade using the platform, and has watched it grow, change, and vary widely in terms of its accessibility over the years. There’s quite a learning curve to using it, especially in the beginning when you’re just learning how it works. However, once you get started and figure out how you want to access it, there’s a lot you can do to have fun utilizing Facebook for both work and play.

Facebook can be so darn confusing sometimes, especially with regard to the vocabulary. Kim does a wonderful job explaining everything, and showing how you can take advantage of all the features.
