Important Mystic access News: Please Read

Hi Everyone,

This is not the type of message I wanted to write today, especially so close to the holidays. If you listen to the Mystic Access podcast, you already know what I’m about to tell you, so feel free to continue with what I’m sure is a busy day. If not, though, please read the rest of this message with our thanks.

On Wednesday, December 3, Chris and I Ubered to the ER, and he was admitted to the hospital later that day. As of today, Thursday, December 11, he’s still hospitalized. He’s in great spirits, feeling bored and restless, and more than ready to be sprung. We’re waiting on an important test result which we hope to receive today, as well as a couple other things, but here’s hoping we can be home by the weekend. Fortunately for us, we’re less than three miles from the hospital, and everyone, from admissions to the doctor and nurses, have been absolutely stellar to us. He’s receiving wonderful care.

I will not go into any of Chris’s medical issues publicly, but please know he’s improving daily and feeling good now. We hope to end our year with a final podcast, as planned, but won’t guarantee anything at this point. As you might expect, everything Mystic related is essentially on hold until further notice. If you want to do any last-minute digital shopping, the site is available to you, of course, However, we won’t be able to send out physical media like SD cards, thumb drives, or cartridges until further notice. Nor can we send out physical products such as cables. If you’re willing to download your products yourself, or get help from someone to do so, shop away.

I also will be unable to answer any phone calls until further notice. As you can imagine, Chris is my only real priority right now, and I, as well as my mother-in-law, are at the hospital with him 10-12 hours a day and have been since last Wednesday. We’re currently unable to change our phone message to reflect the changes, but can hopefully do so when he gets home. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Finally, any thoughts, good vibes, or prayers anyone wishes to send our way would be very appreciated. This has been an incredibly scary time, but we’re hanging in there and seeing the glimmer at the end of this first tunnel. We appreciate you.

If by chance I don’t have the time to say it later, I want to wish you all a beautiful holiday season full of love, joy, and kind people. We’ve met our share of the latter this week and couldn’t be more grateful.

Happy Merry everything from both of us. Stay tuned to this space and the podcast, and we’ll update as we can.

Warm Wishes,
Kim, on behalf of both of us
