I had been trying to get up the courage to give up my land line and switch to a VOIP phone service to save money. While I’m generally tech savvy, I do not like change and was worried that the website to manage my VoIP service would not be accessible. I also had questions I needed answered to get up my courage. I happened to run across this tutorial and the related Mystic Access podcasts covering VOIP phone services. What a huge boost of confidence they gave me! After listening to a podcast, making a phone call to VOIPo and purchasing this tutorial, I was armed and ready to make the switch and have been totally happy with my decision.
In this tutorial, Kim does exactly what I needed by walking through the website where we manage features for the phone services. It’s February 2019 and the website described in this book has not changed. I appreciated that Kim goes through the site step by step and explains relevant features.
This was $5 well spent for the huge amount of money I will be saving with my new VOIPo phone service!
