If you desire ongoing support to assist you in thoroughly learning your assistive technology, becoming more self-empowered and / or finding the perfect assistive technology solutions to meet your unique needs, this VIP package may be a perfect fit for you.

This package is completely personalized to address your unique goals, situations and desired results, and includes:

• Eight hours of phone or Skype support calls to be used in whatever way you wish. Break them up into pre-scheduled 30, 45, 60 or 90-minute increments. Meet twice a week, once a week or bi-weekly, etc. Use the time for personalized consulting services, training on a variety of topics, or assistance in further developing your self-advocacy and self-empowerment skills.
• All sessions are recorded, and you will receive high-quality MP3s which you may reference again and again.
• Have a question you forgot to ask during your last session? As part of this package, you will receive email support whenever you need it. If you have a question at 3:00 AM, just send an email and get an answer the next business day.
• A mini personalized tutorial on any topic you want. We’ll create up to a 35-minute tutorial, professionally recorded and edited, on your topic of choice. A $45 value.
• Priority scheduling for all your calls. Need a call or two over the weekend or after business hours? We can likely make that happen. A $50 value.
• Exclusive savings especially for you. During your 90-day VIP program, you’ll have access to 15% off of any products or services that we offer. Grab some audio tutorials, a few additional hours of training, or something else at a big discount!
• Emergency support. During your 90 days, you get an additional 20-minutes of emergency phone support. Call anytime within business hours, and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that these emergency calls are not recorded. A $15 value.
• Weekly check-in via email. Your trainer will email you once a week to make sure all is going smoothly for you. These 90 days are customized to meet your needs, so feel free to email any questions at any time. However, if you get busy or forget to email, we’ll check in with you weekly just to see how you’re doing. We want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your adventure with us. A $40 value.
• 90 days of personalized ongoing support from passionate professionals who are also users of assistive technology ourselves. We meet you where you are, and help you to learn your assistive technology in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. No problem or question is too strange or silly. We’re happy to help!
